The Balloon Chick is owned and operated by myself, Brealyn with the help of my husband and two little chiclets in training.

I started this business way back in 2015 while going to school full-time and working for an amazing mom and pop shop who encouraged me to allow my talent to expand into so much more by helping to get me started with everything that I needed. Because of their help, and support I was able to grow this business into everything that it is today.

In 2016 I moved to a little community called Cold Lake, Alberta where I was able to open my horizons and grow even more. My balloon twisting at events turned into creating balloon decor for events and even allowed me to learn the art of face painting!

In 2020 Covid hit, my husband was posted to Ottawa, Ontario and I had my second baby - I had to get creative and started venturing into more specialized balloon bouquets, and balloon party favours. Personalizing every piece that I created and always trying to go above and beyond to bring the happiness and joy to all my amazing clients during some difficult times.

When my husband was later sent to Nova Scotia (home for me!), I was excited to continue to grow my business and see what else I could do to make that happen! Thanks to all the support and love that the amazing clients in the Valley have given myself and my family we have been able to grow into offering party favours, and rentals, such as our bouncy castle, and cotton candy machine. Each and every day we continue to grow thanks to our amazing clients to be able to offer you everything that you need to help make your parties and events that much more fun!
